A SnapIn varázsa a webapplikáció: minden elemhez QR kód tartozik, amit beszkennelve vagy kijelölve egy gyűjtőbe kerül. A gyűjtőben a darabszámok beállíthatók így elég egyszer “bepattintani“, majd részletes kalkulációt kapsz, sőt a táblák optimalizálása is egy kattintás.
A QR kódokból saját kártya elemkatalógust készíthetsz, amit akár offline is használhatsz. Csak beszkenneled a szükséges elemeket és a program ugyanúgy kiszámolja, kioptimalizálja. A SketchUp itt főként kényelmes 3D nézegetőt ad, a méretmódosítás továbbra is a megszokott módon működik.
